Intensive care consists of treating patients in immediate life-threatening conditions due to various disease processes, injuries, poisoning, etc., and in the postoperative period in high reask patients. As an intensivist, I deal with comprehensive patient care, including diagnostics, pharmacotherapy, cannulation of veins and arteries, respiratory therapy, ultrasound-guided puncture of cavities, and renal replacement techniques.
